A lockbox for the keys outside the door would help.
The TV could do with an upgrade.
An outside tap, to wash sand off your feet, would be nice.

We had a great holiday. The apartment is very well situated just outside the centre of Port de Pollenca and just across a quiet road from the beach. Very well equipped and wonderfully clean and well maintained. Service from Dickinson Villas was excellent too

The view from the balcony was the icing on the cake at this spacious apartment overlooking beach.
Ideal for our elderly parents as lift to 2nd floor was ideal.
