However, with the high volume of amenities, occasional issues can happen, sometimes due to prior guest use or unexpected malfunctions. Please understand that refunds are not available for non-working amenities, but our team will always do everything possible to resolve any issues quickly. In some situations, repairs may require parts to be ordered, which can extend repair times.

You will be sent a comprehensive digital guidebook which includes house rules, check in-instructions, things to do around town, and other general info prior to your arrival.
