Discover this pretty villa of about 110m² that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, and enjoy the Croix des Gardes close by, and its breathtaking view!
• LIVING ROOM: Bright and modern, the living room is composed of a sofa, a TV, a dining area for 4 to 6 people and a lounge area. Benefits from air conditioning.
• KITCHEN: Fully equipped: hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. As well as breakfast set: kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine…
ON THE TOP :
• BEDROOM 1: Composed of a Queensize bed (160x200), a dressing room and has access to the terrace and garden, and air conditioning.
• BATHROOM 1: A shower and vanity with washbasin.
• BEDROOM 2: Composed of 2 single beds (90x190), a dressing room and has access to the south terrace and air conditioning.
• BATHROOM 2: A shower and vanity with washbasin.
• BEDROOM 3: "Master suite", consisting of a Kingsize bed (180x200), storage space and has private access to the terrace and air conditioning.
