Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood less than 2 miles from the beach, walking distance to many restaurants, bars, nightlife and shopping centers. Includes a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, walk in closet, bi weekly housekeeping, washer/dryer, and 2 on-site parking spots.
Great long-term stay for guests who are traveling for work, visiting family, or home relocation. This unit won't stay vacant for long! Month-to-month rental, minimum stay required. Contact us for more info!

This is one of my most favorite places to stay while in long Beach!! The location is to die for, the space is well decorated and very spacious, it's a beautiful apartment. Very secure building along with parking garage under ground. Close to everything u would need possible, comes well equipped for short an long term stays ... Big roomy patio, room is nice size an so is living room .. beds comfy an couch is so comfortable.. would recommend 100% to anyone looking to rent a penthouse style condo in the heart of long Beach

This place was amazing and as advertised. Instructions for entry and parking were not ascomplicated as some reviews mentioned and the host responded quickly when I reached out through the app with a question. Great experience overall.

The incorrect entry information made for a very frustrating arrival, especially after a day of flight delays resulting in us being stranded on the street at midnight with no way to get inside and nowhere else to go. The lodging was a nice space, except that the bathtub and bathroom sink almost didn't drain at all causing some unpleasant shower/sink usage. The light coming into the bedroom was also really excessive, and the window needs a curtain. The toilet runs, loudly, which also was not ideal.
