Historic district home with yard. Centrally located in Long Beach. Less than 2 miles from Beach, Downtown,Belmont Shore, Queen Mary, Aquarium of the Pacific. Great spot for Long Beach Grand Prix less than 3 miles with bus service to race close by. 25 min to Disneyland, California Adventures, Knott's Berry Farm. 30 minutes to LAX, OC Airport, Downtown LA or OC. Less than 40 min from Dodgers , Angels,Lakers, Clippers, Kings,Ram's ,Chargers, USC ,UCLA ---all soccer and other attractions. Large private driveway to accommodate as many as 4 cars off street parking. Large enclosed yard with bbque. Washer dryer, Kuerig coffee maker, Smart TV, Sonos sound system, Central A/C, and heat. Walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, and 4th streets antique and retro row. Downtown LB , Belmonts Shores, Rainbow Harbor, LB Airport less than 10 min away.....Truley centrally located , a great place to start your day trips from. Home away from home.

A perfect spot close by to many beaches and restaurants. Went for the long beach grand prix and easy to get an uber to take and drop off from the house. A pretty front and back yard, enjoyed grilling some food and had plenty of dishes to use for food storage. Overall a clean and private space for a stay, also very roomy if you’re traveling with 5-6 people. would highly recommend if your looking to stay close to beaches and drive wasn’t too far from disneyland also.

We enjoyed this property very much. The location is excellent, with many independently owned shops and restaurants nearby. It is on a busy street so be aware of that. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. Communication was great and the owner is very responsive. The house could use some new furniture but everything was comfortable and met our needs. We would stay here again.

House was fantastic. Close to everything. As much room as advertised and everything worked. Landlord Adam checked in with us more than once to make sure our stay was going well. Definitely a house worth returning to in Long Beach.
