Non farti mancare nulla! Prenotando questo appartamento sulla spiaggia ti troverai in una zona strategica a due passi da un parco acquatico e da fondali dove fare incredibili immersioni. Un parcheggio è pronto ad accogliere il tuo mezzo. Sgranchisci le gambe dopo il viaggio e percorri 4 minuti a piedi fino a The Pike Outlets o 6 minuti a piedi fino a Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center. Per esplorare i dintorni di Long Beach puoi usare la metro. Raggiungi Stazione metro di Downtown Long Beach, a 3 min. a piedi, oppure Stazione metro di 1st Street, a 7 min. e scegli la tua meta.

Divertiti con racchettoni e materassino sulla spiaggia, poi prenditi una pausa vicino a una piscina condivisa e più tardi programma le gite di domani nella vasca idromassaggio di questo appartamento da 167 metri quadri. Check in was a nightmare but only because I didn’t read all the check in instructions..3 pages of instructions PLEASE READ ALL OF THEM…we ended up parking in the wrong numbered spots and promptly got both of our cars towed..There is only one parking spot for a compact car..(didn’t know that before we arranged the rental car)..No places to park on the street …We did find a parking structure for car but again 3 spots for SUV parking..Parking there was 42.00 a day …You are better off using UBER..Inside the floor was not clean our 1yr old granddaughters feet were filthy..Not one comfortable chair anywhere in the living area ….The downstairs bedroom had no place to put our luggage no dresser only 1 shelf in closet ..plenty of hanging space ..FYI no bathroom attached to that bedroom plus bed was about a foot off the ground..The bedroom with the twin beds you couldn’t use the closet because a bed was in the way. There are conflicting notes in the condo compared to the email..Needs to be updated …The upstairs master suite was great…Lots of things to do within walking distance…THE VIEW WAS SPECTACULAR DURING THE DAY & LOTS OF LIGHTS AT NIGHT..

Best to plan on not checking in early as you really can't tell if its available until the last minute. The key fab for entrance and parking was difficult entrance.That being said the places was beautiful, big open, quiet and location great and clean and quiet.The full time tenants couldn't have been nicer.

This Penthouse was so beautiful, yet comfortable. It made out trip so nice. When we were in Long Beach we had a great time and then to return to the Penthouse was like a calm and comfort that made our trip so wonderful. We will definately be back.

location of penthouse was perfect, unit was beautiful, views incredible and every interaction i had with host company was very courteous and helpful...the issue being - i shouldn't have had to have as many interactions.... * 1st - checkin - while i sat in lobby for over an hour because early check in request went unanswered - as i tried to check in 10 min b4, 5 b4, on time , 10 min after - i got mess "too early to check in"...finally got through by phone and got what i needed - 30 min later * 2nd - wifi - there was name/password in check in note; there was name/password listed in the unit - neither worked -finally after i sent screen shots- received yet a 3rd wifi name/password to sign in - worked! *3rd - while not anyone's fault - there was no water in the unit at all from 8am until 10pm on Monday...this was very difficult.... ..... but probably the reason i almost gave just 1 star... *4th - i never felt safe!!!! not because of the location -which was fine - but because the unit is key fob only - and no way to secure the unit from entry....and my worst fear came true as we sat on sunday enjoying the view - after the race - just relaxing- a loud group, using a key fob made entry into to unit....saw us and immediately closed door, and used key fob to re-lock....NOT COOL!!!! when i reached out i got an "i'm sorry-we don't know who/why that happened" - NOT reassuring!!! So to recap - 5 star location, 5 star unit - 0 stars for feeling safe
