Perfect location and excellent oceanfront view. Nasty outside cushions. We arrived on a garbage day and found that the outdoors trash cans were full and flies were everywhere. No one had bothered to take it to the street. After 2 days we opened the dishwasher which had soured food on dishes inside. It was broke but they came out to check and had to order parts. The house was comfortable and clean but had lots of patchwork repairs. The front porch had a few boards that felt like they could give way. Bedding was comfortable and baths were ok.
