Nice beach view (east) and water way (west) when looking from deck. Great location and close to shopping and beach. Pool was perfect and quiet. The little cafe / shop in the building was perfect for grabbing a coffee or snack before going out.

Pablo’s place is beautiful and we definitely enjoyed our stay! We really appreciated the beach chairs that he had for use. Beach and pool were great! We did have a rainy day that we used the game room for some entertainment. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to return next year!

Condo needs updating especially the kitchen and pans. Communication about the exterior work on condo was non existent. Wednesday Woken up at 8:00 am due to noise. On Thursday night there was construction that started at 11:30 pm and lasted all night (building scaffolding near entrance of the condo’s building) no sleep at all. We left the next morning (a day early). He did give us back cleaning fee as cleaning people did barge in without knocking mid week (said they thought condo was vacant).
