Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 50 is a GOLD Tier two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 5th-floor (Top Floor!) vacation rental has a delightful décor. It includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!
Vacation rental 504 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including a wine cooler, microwave, dishwasher, stocked drawers and all you need to enjoy dining at home. The kitchen also includes a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. Brand new flat screen SMART TVs can be found in both bedrooms. The living room also features a brand new, whopping 82†flat screen SMART TV with wireless access to log into your personal streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and Apple TV as well as free cable. Please remember to log out of your accounts prior to departure. A telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.
Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities, there is a walk-in shower in the main bath and a tub shower combo in the 2nd bathroom. 504 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.
The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs.
This vacation rental comes with local gym access at no charge.
Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). 504 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, NO pets allowed. Limit to two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

Important Notice: The Sand Dollar condominium building will be undergoing a roof replacement project from approximately November 30 through January 8. Guests may experience daytime construction noise during this time.

Very spacious condo and very clean nice beds The Gulf view was great for sunsets swimming pool and area nice and clean people were nice and cam jc management was very helpful and nice would rent again

Our stay was wonderfully relaxing, the condo was stocked with everything we needed besides food.

Unit has everything you need and is in a great location to the beach. Front desk staff are very helpful.

The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very unhappy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Too many high schoolers on the beach - shooting fireworks at each other & injuring guests. Will not stay here again. We have stayed twice, love the condo, but the have to get the teens under control. Too many rules for high paying guests to allow outsiders to ruin beach stay.
