-Community pool is seasonal and opens/closes as weather permits. We do not guarantee the pool to be open during the time of your stay. Pool may open or close due to COVID, weather or construction at any time. There will be no refund or discount if the pool is closed.
-Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.
-NO SMOKING & NO PETS allowed at this property.
-Maximum Occupancy: 4 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.
-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.
-No uninvited guests without permission.
*Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee

We had a room with an Ocean View, but the beach was obstructed by a dune. I booked with you folks, but somehow iTrip NC took over. We had a broken glass and a stained sofa when we arrived. The washer didn't work, we notified iTrips but they just asked that we re-arrange the load as they thought it was out of balance. I'm no appliance repair man, but this machine was making so much banging people at the pool heard it. We stopped the machine and had to purchase new towels for us to use, since the machine just didn't work. Despite that we did have an enjoyable trip and enjoyed the area.

We had such a relaxing stay at La Mare Vita. The views were incredible, the space was well equipped, and the location couldn’t be better. Steps to the beach and close to everything made our trip easy and fun. Highly recommend!

Our family had a fantastic vacation here. The condo was bright, clean, and in a perfect location. We loved that the beach was right outside our door. Great memories made!

Good location condo, unfortunately I am really disappointed with the cleanliness of the place, cobwebs on the fixtures, floors weren’t cleaned as well as appliances and the bathrooms seems like haven’t been cleaned in a very while, shower heads and toilet rims had mold and tubs seems likeweren’t clean at all.
