-Community pool is seasonal and opens/closes as weather permits. We do not guarantee the pool to be open during the time of your stay. Pool may open or close due to COVID, weather or construction at any time. There will be no refund or discount if the pool is closed.
-Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.
-NO SMOKING & NO PETS allowed at this property.
-Maximum Occupancy: 4 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
-No clothes washer/dryer in condo. Coin operated laundry facility is down the hall.
-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.
-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.
-No uninvited guests without permission.

The place was clean and just as it stated it would be. Any time I had to reach to them with questions they were answered usually with in 30 minutes if not sooner. Great view of the ocean, fun boardwalk, so much in walking distance. Will book again through Itrips again the next time I decide to go to Carolina Beach.

I loved my one bedroom condo with a beach front view! It was well equipped with towels and cookware. I appreciated the staff who was in touch with me several days before arriving, as well as on arrival day. As an elderly person who needs guidance, I felt very comfortable with the check-in process, and was assured I could call any time if I needed help. Holly met me in the garage and was very hospitable & made me feel right at home.
I would like to suggest an under cabinet strip led light to go over the sink. It’s very dark in that area and hard to see while washing dishes.

TINY condo. Lack of space to put your clothes/luggage. Property managers used most of the storage space for their own use. Bedroom had no windows and the fan didn’t work. The fan pull was in a drawer. Was told by property manager that fan could not be fixed. Towel holder in bathroom was not affixed to wall bracket. There were numerous threatening posts (texts, emails and in apartment) about fines and eviction if you didn’t follow rules. Couch needs to be retired. We went out and bought lawn chairs so we had something comfortable to sit on. Nice location.
