This beautifully renovated, pet-friendly Rehoboth Beach cottage offers bright, airy living with professional furnishings, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Linens are supplied, and the home is completely self-contained with a private entrance—perfect for a relaxing coastal escape. Need more space for a family gathering? Rent this cottage along with four nearby condos and a tiny house within the same community, accommodating up to 33 guests.
Inside, enjoy a full-service kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, plus high-end furnishings throughout. The spacious primary suite features a king bed, an ensuite bath, a sitting area, and a private patio. Additional bedrooms include one queen and a pyramid bunk, comfortably sleeping seven guests.
LOCATION: Situated on the bayside and less than 2 miles to Rehoboth Beach and the Boardwalk, you'll love the convenience. The tax-free Tanger Outlets are also within 2 miles, and great dining is an easy walk or bike ride away. Access Rehoboth Avenue without crossing Route 1 by walking or biking via Roosevelt Street to State Road—super simple and safe.
PARKING: Two assigned parking spaces.

300 non-refundable pet fee per pet seemed extremely excessive. And, I was not aware of it until we got the pet agreement shortly beforehand. We were traveling with 2 dogs so had I been aware, we would not have stayed at this property. We’ve traveled across 14 states in the past month with our fur babies and 75 was the most we paid and a couple were less.

It’s a bit tucked back in a weird little neighborhood that wasn’t very walkable. The house was very clean and well appointed. The house has very thin walls and very basic but it gets the job done. There is a fabulous outside shower.

After reading other reviews, I did not think that the location would be a big deal but the house is literally in the midst of an active work zone. The location was not the greatest but the house was pleasant enough. Everything was pretty much as advertised and the area was fairly quiet just not scenic. The bathrooms were nice but the beds were not very comfortable (3 out of 5) and it was inconvenient to have to bring our own linens or rent them for an additional fee. If you want to use the fire pit, which is a great feature, you must bring your own wood. The best part was the house is close to the beach. The worst part was the WiFi is terrible. Even with the WiFi extenders, it still didn’t work 95% of the time and kept cutting out, so I was unable to get any work done or watch Netflix. I also do not think the cleaning crew did the best job as we found several blonde hairs randomly (especially in the kitchen area). There was dog hair on the chairs in the living room and sand on the floors which I’m assuming came from previous guests. Overall, despite some challenges, it was an okay experience.
