Welcome to our awesome 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom holiday home in beautiful Whangamata.

We've got all the outdoor goodies you need to make the most of your stay. Finish off your day with the outdoor shower to wash off that beach sand. We've got parking covered too - 2 car spaces and even a spot for your boat – keep it close, keep it ready, and fish your heart out up the Coromandel.



The Space:

The home features a warm and inviting open-plan living and dining area, with plenty of natural light creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Timber accents, exposed beams and colourful artwork add character and a welcoming holiday-home feel.



The spacious lounge provides plenty of comfortable seating, making it a great place to unwind, while large sliding doors open out to the deck and bring the outdoors in. The dining area flows naturally through to the well-equipped kitchen, creating a practical space for guests to cook, dine and spend time together.



Outside, the deck provides an additional spot to enjoy the surrounding greenery and relax in the fresh air.



The Neighborhood:

Whangamata is about an hour and a half from Auckland, Hamilton or Tauranga and is a popular coastal town with a fantastic surf and swimming beach. Take a kayak tour to Donut Island or take a trip or hike to Wentworth Falls. There are plenty of shops and cafes in the town or take a drive out to Opoutere Beach and check out the Coastal Bird Reserve, or grab your paddleboard and head to the estuary where the waters are a bit calmer. Let's not forget that Whangamata is home to the famous Beach Hop held every March for a week where vintage cars, caravans and motorbikes from all around NZ are showcased. Vintage markets are operating and it's a family-friendly party atmosphere not to be missed!



Getting Around:

The property is conveniently located on Ocean Road in Whangamatā, with the town centre, shops, cafés and restaurants easily accessible by car, bike or on foot. Whangamatā is mostly flat, making it easy to explore by bicycle or on foot. A car is recommended for exploring the wider Coromandel Peninsula, while local taxi and shuttle services are available. For those bringing a boat, the nearby Whangamatā Boat Ramp provides convenient access to the harbour and coastline.
