Originally built in the 1860s and thoughtfully updated, this light-filled home features an open great room with French doors that lead to a generous deck surrounding a large 12 x 24 heated pool. Lounge on ample seating, relax in the covered outdoor media den, or unwind on the charming front porch.
Bedrooms & Living Areas:
Master Suite: King-size bed with en-suite bathroom, located on the first floor (also serves as a powder room).
Upstairs Guest Bedroom: King-size bed, private bathroom, and 32” TV.
Detached Guest Cottage: Queen-size bed, private bath with outdoor shower, kitchenette, and TV — perfect for added privacy.

Yes host was very welcoming. Initial days were quite chilly especially for Key West but host was quick to bring a couple of space heaters! Also addressed TV / internet questions promptly! Thanks so much !

The house was beautiful and in good condition. The location was perfect. The property manager was very responsive to my request.

A modernized historical home with EVERYTHING (internet, dishes, pots & pans, silverware, cleaning supplies, towels, linens, paper products, etc.) provided for our 1-month stay, made it so easy! All 1st rate appliances, a great swimming pool (inc. pool & landscape services) plus an enclosed, amazing Tarzan & Jane-type outdoor shower (supplied better than a hotel) attached to the Pool House, and the BEST location on the entire island (we KNOW, as I was a Concierge at The Pier House for 2 years!), so giving the entire experience a 10+.
