You can expect a full kitchen, including a fridge, oven, stove, and microwave.

This home is located in the heart of Key West's action, with plenty of dining and entertainment within walking distance, including historic Duval Street. Stroll a few blocks north to the docks, where snorkeling, boating, and other aquatic adventures await you.
Half a block from Duval Street, The Mesa House, is steps away from Key Wests most famous bars and kitchens. Local’s favorite restaurants, such as First Flight, Bagatelle and Two Friend’s patio are less than a 5 minute walk from your front door. Got a sweet tooth? Keep an eye out for Kermit’s Key Lime Pie Shop in the Historic Seaport known for the best Key Lime Pie in Key West, or grab some homemade fudge and candy from River Street Sweets.
Forgot something or need a quick fix? Shorty’s Market has your last minute necessities for your weekend getaway. Just 2 blocks away you can also find Fausto’s food market for locally sourced groceries.
Getting Around:
One of the best parts of staying in Key West is how close in proximity you are to everything. Don’t feel like walking? Peddle your way to breakfast, or take a bike ride along the water at sunset. Rent your bikes from Fury or Island Bicycles who offer both pick up & drop off services to your home! Feel like you’re on island time when you rent from Minty’s where you can enjoy exploring Key West on a scooter or golf cart. In addition to these non-traditional modes of transportation, you can also Uber, Lyft or Taxi to your next destination. Pink Taxi is an easy, reliable and affordable way for getting to your rental from the airport.

For overnight parking here are some parking lots:
• 204 Simonton Street (This is directly next to your unit and the most affordable on the island!)
• Caroline Street Outdoor Parking Lot
• Park N Ride Old Town Garage
• Fleming Street Overnight Pay to Park lot
Street parking information:
• There are pay-to-park spots and meters and it is free from 12AM - 8AM. With a 3 day limit.
• The neighborhoods of Old Town offer some free parking spaces, but be aware that many of the spots are marked “Residential Only” and visitors are NOT permitted to park in them.
Other Things to Note:
There is no parking provided for this unit.

We were surprised at the size of the place…larger than expected. Super communicators. Always answered my questions quickly. Great front porch. Very convenient location. Walked from Key West Express. Would definitely stay here again.

The Mesa House is at a terrific location. It is conveniently located between Duvall St and the marina. You walk one direction and you are at Greene St by Sloppy Joe’s. Go the other direction you end up at The Bull/Whistle Bar.
The negative part is it is advertised as sleeping six. But the pullout couch mattress springs are awful to sleep on. The floor is more comfortable. So only plan on 4 people sleeping comfortably. The barstools are very wobbly. They are your main seating in the house if you have the sofa bed pulled out. There is black mold growing on the trim in the bathroom by the shower and the vanity from the hot water knob leaking at the vanity. It’s not a bad place but could use some TLC.
We would stay there again if it is no more than four people to accommodate. The location is hard to beat.
