We appreciated Luca meeting us and personally taking us to the apartment. He was very helpful.

Great location with a very accommodating space, but hit a little snafu with the air conditioner not working during my short stay - during the thick of summer. Tried to navigate this issue with the property manager, but this proved tricky due to [weekend] timing and scheduling.I was surprised there was no concession or partial refund offered.
