Completely renovated smalll hideaway overlooking the village! New luxury vinly flooring, brand new kitchen and appliances, granite, tile shower, new king bed, leather sectional sofa, washer/dryer--perfect for a weekend or as long as you can stay! Enjoy the sweet screened porch and an open deck as well--parking for 2 vehicles, private entry. Only a couple of steps to enter and easy access from parking. Good storage for longer stays with very large bedroom closet plus new cabinetry throughout with plenty of room for groceries and belongings. 2 new flat screen Smart TV's, one in living area and one in the bedroom. Spectrum cable in the living room and bedroom also. WiFi provided. Mitsubishi mini split for heating and AC. New 2 burner gas grill on open deck. Walking distance to shops and restaurants (A highway crossing is necessary).

You can walk to downtown if you don`t mind a little exercise. You can also drive. There is a free parking garage on Wallingford and Laurel Lane, a block or so off of Main Street.

We were so impressed with the property. Appliances, kitchen supplies (thanks for the coffee, etc.) cleaning supplies, bathroom amenities. The towels and sheets were so luxurious compared to many properties we have stayed at. We do have a few items we wanted to bring to your attention. My boyfriend is a house flipper/designer so these items come from him:1. The fireplace had to be turned on manually.3. The large living room blind was not retractable, we did not want to force it up.4. The oven needs to be recalibrated. It ran way to hot.5. Please let guests know there is a Food Lion within walking distance.6. We always find a box of tissues and a small pad of paper and a pen are a great plus.7. Because he flips houses, his signature touch are light dimmers. I promised him I would put this in my comments.We loved the proximity to the restaurants and shops too. We will definately return and will highly recommended this property to our friends and family.We had a wonderful, relaxing trip.

We love this cabin. This is our 2nd time coming to celebrate our wedding anniversary of 42 years this year. If we were to change anything it would be to black out the windows in the bedroom (and that would be our request) and there needs to be a stable chair somewhere in living room for one to sit that has a possible bad back. There again that is our request, but we would definitely stay again! Love the area! Thank you for opening up this specialCabin.
