This condo was absolutely great! It started with Dave, who was super helpful. The condo was freshly painted with some new furniture. Everything was very nice and well taken care of. No wear and tear. The most impressive thing to me though was the cleanliness. Im a bit picky when it comes to being clean and germs. I usually spend at least an hour wiping down and spraying a condo. No need here! Everything was spotless! Beach view was beautiful, and the walks to the beach and the pool were perfect. The security of the property was a huge plus. Highly recommend.

Our host was always helpful and concerned. We called him when the water was turned off one morning. He indicated that he would call maintenance and have them fix it. The water was back on in an hour! When we arrived late to get into his condo at the gate at 10pm he was very gracious and helped us get into the complex.

Condo was very nice, problem number 1 was the carpet in the primary bedroom was very dirty. 2. shower curtain in the primary bathroom was absoutly nasty. It needs to be thrown away. Couch in the living room was very dirty. We. did cover the couch with a quilt. Geneva
