This condo was everything it said, spotless, beautiful, close to all the places we like to eat. Beach was closer than the pictures make it look, easy to get there. Kitchen was lovely, and balcony was great. Bed was very comfy. We'll definitely be back!

Jean is an excellent host. She was very clear about the check in and check out process and noted that we could contact her for any concerns at any time. The condo was very nice. Great location and amenities (although more would be open in the summer).

From the minute I hit “submit” to book this beautiful place, I knew it was going to be a great experience. The host is the best there is. She was lightening fast responsive, organized, crazy informative (the check in/out process was stellar) and a wonderful, kind, sweet person.
The condo was immaculate, fully stocked kitchen, super comfortable bed, and the view off this top floor condo is spectacular! I knew this was the 4th condo back so I wasn’t sure how the view was going to be, but it was off the chain! I spent a ton of time out there. We didn’t want to leave. We will be back soon. Many thanks to Jean (host) for sharing this wonderful piece of bliss.

This was our first time staying in a condo at Emerald Isle. We loved the condo! It was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need, and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the view from the deck. The beach is much closer than it appears in the on line pictures. Jean made sure that we knew we could contact her at any time if we needed anything. We would very highly recommend the condo!!

The condo was in a wonderful location. We had everything we needed. We wish we had brought a hand truck or wagon to make bringing our belongings up in the elevator to the until since it was on the 3rd floor. We would definitely stay here again.

I will start with the view from our balcony. We could watch the sand volleyball courts, 3-4 bunnies in the grassy area every day, an occasional dolphin, and especially the beautiful beach and ocean waves! We spent time on the beach every day right in front of the condo. The condo was beautifully furnished and had everything that we needed and more. The bed was very comfortable, which is important for a week's stay. It was located near many shops and restaurants, and we explored the island from there also. Perfect for my husband and me! We had a blast here. Fireworks could be seen from the balcony. The sanddollar island cruise was fun fyi dig 3 inches down to find any . The gokart near there and mini golf was a family favorite. The aquarium and visit to fort macin was a cool attraction. Place was clean washer dryer a plus. Sunset/sunrises from the balcony and ocean was breathtaking . Short walk to ocean. Beds were good for our family of 4. Jean was so fantastic for helping us with ideas. Great resturants. Sweet spot ice cream was great . Wpuld book here again in a heart beat So many core memories made.

This was my second visit to Emerald Isle. Last we fell in love with the town and Jean’s condo is perfect for couples. It’s beachfront, has everything you need in the condo, and is very quiet. It’s on the top 4th floor and there’s a elevator. The king size bed is very comfortable. The beach isn’t overly crowded and takes only seconds to access. Also, the condo is in a prime location for walking to most of Emerald Isle’s restaurants, grocery stores, mini golf, the pier, a walking trail, coffee shops, and ice cream shops. We only drove our car twice during our five day visit there and instead, walked everywhere else. We definitely plan on returning to Jean’s condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beach condo! The ocean front view is amazing and it has convenient, great access to the beach. The property manager was extremely hospitable and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We will definitely book again in the near future (we are a family of 3… my husband, myself, and our 2 year old).

The view is absolutely breath taking. I found this condo to be completely charming and very clean. Due to an entrance gate that needed a gate pass, I felt very secure as a woman traveling alone. Everything I needed and things I didn't know I needed were available. The owner gave very good directions and information on everything. It was so very charming and a very restful vacation for me. I plan to be a return visitor.

This is a lovely condo in a fabulous location on a beautiful island. A perfect place to reflect alone or travel with that special someone. The view is priceless, the decor very pretty and is supplied with everything you need if you wish to prepare meals. Groceries, shopping and eateries are all within walking distance.
The beach is exceptional. Our host, Jean, is a lovely, attentive, professional individual who will always be there for you.
By the way, contrary to what one reviewer stated, this is the top floor of 3, not 4.

My wife and I spent 3 nights at "Sweetwater", and it was a great mid-winter getaway. The condo was perfect for just the 2 of us; very clean and we'll appointed, with a king bed and a great view of the ocean. We will be back!

I spent two weeks at Jean’s amazing condo and I came home feeling more myself and very relaxed! The condo is truly comfortable and it is a decorated very nicely! I took so many amazing videos and pictures right off the balcony of wildlife and sunrises, and I even found 12 conch shells one morning on my walk. It is directly on the ocean with amazing views! November is an great time to be at the beach because it’s quiet. Jean and I went to Sawnsboro for the Candlelight Holiday Event and it felt like a Hallmark Movie! I would recommend renting either of Jean’s properties because they are well maintained and she is an awesome woman! 🌞

This cute, small condo is perfect for a single or couple needing R&R time! Comfortable king bed, fully appointed kitchen with all I needed to do a little cooking for one, 3rd floor unit with expansive view of ocean from small deck felt wide and wonderful to me. Close to Publix and restaurants for venturing out, and a short walk to the beach using the community's access. Looking forward to a return trip!

Jean was extremely helpful when the elevator wasn't working. But 4 floors is alot to carry very heavy things so I called the fire department to come and help.
