Elevator Notice: The elevator in Building 3 is currently non-operational. At this time, there is no estimated timeframe for when the elevator will be fully repaired.
Located in Katherine¡s Court. Living Area has a Queen Sleeper Sofa and a private balcony with furniture. Dining Area. Kitchen/bar Area has a microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a King Bed with Private Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Twin Bed and one Twin Bunk set. Full Bath in Hall.
Amenities Include: High Speed Wireless Internet Access, 3 Color Cable TVs, DVD Player, Stereo with CD Player. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer.
Queens Court is an Oceanfront Condominium Complex within walking distance, not only to the ocean but to the water slide, miniature golf, restaurants, shopping, go-carts, arcades & more!
New Sport Court for tennis, badminton, pickleball, basketball, cornhole & putting green (facility only – equipment is not provided), outdoor swimming pool (pool typically open May 15 - October 15 9am - 9pm), Grilling Area, Oceanfront Gazebo with seating, Private Beach Access Walkway, and Outside Showers. Please Note: Fire pit and clubhouse are for owner use only.
PARKING INFORMATION:
● Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes.
● Golf Carts and boat/trailer parking are Not Permitted on Queens Court Grounds.
Linens and Towels provided with Beds made for Weekly and Nightly stays.
No Smoking.
No Pets.
Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, 4 night minimum last minute during In Season.
Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

Great view of the ocean from balcony. Beach access was close. Elevator to 3rd floor was a plus. Just needed luggage carts! Especially for senior citizens.
