PROPERTY & HOUSE RULES:
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside of the condo. Please step outside if you need to smoke.
- No Large Gatherings: Ensure that the number of people in the condo does not exceed the approved occupants. Large gatherings are not allowed.
- No Rearranging Furniture: Please do no rearrange the furniture. It is arranged for the convenience and comfort of all guests.
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the house. Please make arrangements for your pets before your stay.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise to a minimum to respect the neighbors and other occupants.
We have a strict policy regarding our properties. If you break any of the rules above, we will ask you to leave without refund.
PARKING INFORMATION:

We had a party of 11 family members & it was perfect…and we are very picky! Each BR with own Bath was so great & a rare find. The location was fantastic…we walked almost everywhere & it was in a safe area. We ate at the Baronne Bistro downstairs & it was wonderful! The property was super clean with gorgeous finishes. Plenty of seating room in living room. We parked at the Lot one block over so it wasn’t bad. Would absolutely rent here again!

As described in other reviews, the unit is excellent (as is host Brittanie). We had 3 generations (teens to 80 yrs old) visiting NO for Thanksgiving and couldn't have stayed in a better place. We all thought the location was great - walking distance to the French Quarter, but removed enough to have some peace and quiet. We've stayed in a lot of very nice hotels around the world and the caliber of this experience was comparable with many of the best. For an upscale trip to the Big Easy, this is hard to beat.

Brittanie was by far the best host I've ever had. Was incredibly responsive and accommodating to all our needs. Very helpful with info, checked in to make sure we were happy and seemed genuinely concerned that we were 100% satisfied.
The apartment was more impressive than the pictures show. This is a truly beautiful space, with care on the details. Great furniture and detailing, functioning kitchen space with all tools, glasses, plates and cutlery needed. It felt like an upgraded home from home.
I can't recommend this place highly enough.
