No kettle in the room. lifts not working.

We stay at the Ace semi regularly. We choose it for many reasons. The staff is phenomenal! The location is great. The pool is great. The lobby bar is great! Their coffee shop is great! and they love our dog- we have a Corso and they all treat him like he’s a friend lol.

we thought the rooms could have been colder. It is 90+ though, so I understand there is only so much cooling that can happen.

gorgeous with warmth and beautiful design only outdone by the spectacular staff. just outside the french quarter, which worked for me, with the hotel connected to a row of restaurants, shops, and cafes that give you everything you need and want. plus, rooftop and entertainment offerings are fun and full of life. good mix of people, multi generational good vibes.

Condom wrapper was on the floor under the bed when I arrived in the room! Yikes. But the worst was the staff upstairs at the pool. Rude. The staff were struggling to keep up with drinks and food. But the manager was angry with everyone — to staff and guests. She made the two days very unenjoyable.

nice large room. nice gym. cozy lobby. great coffee shop. great bar/restaurant. didn't venture up to the rooftop bar/pool...cool little music venue right in the lobby.

wish you didn't have to wait for the coffee shop to open to get a cup of coffee. could/should have been supplied in the lobby.

The atmosphere was what I was looking for. The pool area was over the top fantastic and the staff were all very accommodating! I was celebrating my 65th birthday and it will be an experience I will treasure always! Thank you so much for making our stay memorable.

Breakfast good although service was a little slower than we anticipated. Stsff at front desk were outstanding as was the bell hop. Location is great. Close to WWII museum and French Quarter.

The location was good, just a short walk to wherever you want to go in the city. The hotel had a coffee shop and a nice comfortable lobby bar. the staff was also super nice.

The only issue we had was the room was not comfortable. we stayed in a double room and it just felt cold. It wasn’t a warm and inviting room. The beds were also not that great. We also only saw housekeeping once, maybe it’s a Covid thing, but had to ask for towels twice.

I thought the rooms didn’t look as good as I expected, the decoration was a bit dated. We had to change room because the A/C in the first one smelled. The fridge was very noisy at night. Overall, not worth the money in my opinion.

buzzy, beautiful building, great service, a good gym, cocktail bar, cafe. lovely staff. the room was large and a good base for a 9 night stay.

The rooftop pool is amazing, the location is great, and the music at the lobby and the bar were incredible. Everything about this hotel feels nice, young, and cool!

The down feather pillows, I did not notice at first I was having an allergic reaction to sleeping on down feather pillows.

The room that I was in, had a balcony, which was great for the fresh air. (not all of them do) Not too far away from Bourbon Street, so you get the close enough to walk, but far enough from the chaos. The Bartender and the bar in the lobby were both fantastic.

The bed was like sleeping on a futon. Size of the rooms were very small. Water pressure was awful. Towels were the smallest, thinnest, and scratches towels they could find at the local goodwill. Had no choice but to valet for 48 + tax because of the lack of parking available, would have probably been worth it to spend on a better hotel that had parking. Charged me for something from the minibar that I did not take and had to contact them for reimbursement. It happened to friends in another room too, seems pretty standard. They sent 3 receipts after my stay, which were all different amounts either adding taxes or fees.

The property is beautifully laid out, is groovy, and cool… Great restaurant, great bar, great music, great coffee shop, great rooftop, great staff.. so friendly, so helpful and welcoming…just a fun place with a phenomenal vibe and my room had a very cool stocked snack bar and stocked retro refrigerator. I loved staying here.

I liked everything - the bathroom lighting could be a-little brighter.

Loved the entire experience - everything from the lobby, transformation of a historic building leaves it oozing with style and character. Great vibe and energy throughout - people partying - cafe and restaurant on site both excellent! Roof top pool is an absolute winner - what a place hang out - and rooms themselves are again filled with character and a specific New Orleans vibe to it
