Large rooms. Excellent location.

The room had significant signs of wear and tear, especially the bathroom. The mini fridge was malfunctioning. Cleaning staff recommended unplugging/plugging to open it.

A very beautiful hotel! Loved the design and look/vibe of the front lobby. They had someone playing the piano which was a nice touch to the atmosphere. Our room was very clean, nice, and comfortable! The French Quarter is in walking distance if you didn't want to drive and fight for parking or Uber. The area is very nice around the hotel, and the area was relatively quiet! Would stay again!

None with the hotel. But just so people know just like all the other hotels in the area there isn't any parking so you will have to valet you vehicle if you drive to NOLA. The staff are incredibly nice and you are able to access your car whenever you need. But it is an extra expense. We only stayed 1 night and it was $55 I'm not sure if that's a per night rate or flat rate. Just make sure to ask before staying!

Room and lobby were lovely.

Bar staff spent a lot of time chatting amongst themselves. After waiting patiently for 10 minutes, my husband had to get up from his seat at the bar, walk around to the area where the two staff were just chatting away and laughing, and ask for a round of drinks.

Friendly staff , great location, the room was very spacious which provided more than enough space. Comfortable beds and the ability to communicate with the staff via text was a complete plus.

Somethings about the room were a bit aged such as the bathroom and certain room furniture;but no major complaints.

Location perfect for our needs. Location easy for Uber/Lyft to pick us up. Quiet and less crowded since outside of French Quarters. Location felt safe for 2 senior female travelers.

Just right Spacious and clean room. Complimentary water was appreciated. Location perfect for Uber/Lyft. Felt safe for 2 senior females at this location. The umbrella came in handy for the rain. Needs improvement We like to take our things out of the suitcase, but there were only 3 small drawers in the room, so we didn’t. There were no drawers in the bathroom. There was only 1 bathroom robe. In dealings with the front desk, 2 were friendly, however the other 2 made us feel that were irritated with our questions. Same will bell hop, one friendly, the other short with us.

Location of the hotel was great, near to the center but still but further to be more silent. The room was enormous and the heating was easy to work with and worked perfectly. I had 2 separate bookings for 2 different rooms but the hotel staff were kind enough to accomodate me staying the same room. They provided bottled water every day, it was also a nice gesture.

The only issue I had was with the plugs/ sockets, they were either loose in the wall or was bot able to take the plug for my stuff. However the hotel electrician was kind enough to come and check it for me. Also there has been some hair on the shower wall (not mine) which was not removed during cleaning before my arrival and also from one day to another.

I loved the room & breakfast The service from Amanda & Omar was exceptional & Showed empathy, concern with constance incorrect billing for over a week. Tried their best to get the error corrected polite and professional & most of all very professional. Both need a promotion on appreciating all their customers. When I teared up. Amanda was full of empathy.

I did not appreciate the time wasted & disrespect from Alma, the supervisor & the new employee. The expression made when the problem I brought to their attention with the constance over billing. I tried to express the inconvenience that I had only brought due to everything paid for in advance. All my expenses, including my cruise. The amount was 75.00, 295.85, 295.85!!! Which was for food & hotel. Not concern at all. Looked at us as if we were bothering them. This began on the 17th as soon as I walked to the room. We ended up walking to the port. My credit score dropped 10 points with my bank due to high uses. We dragged suit cases to & from the cruise port. I explained how important I needed my funds release. absolutely no compassion and rude. I was polite and certainly didn't appreciate the faces. This would've been my first choice in New Orleans if these ladies had tried to correct the issue, knowing that Omar was off & did a better job. I'm back home and still have charges on my card & these have made it my worst experience. Sad to be in a helpful position and not be helpful at all. The second time, it went back to the guest desk. I spoke to Amanda, kind & compassionate.

Would have been nice to have a mini fridge but I understand the hotel is working on that. Also a bit too warm for sleeping. Like my room cool at night

La pileta cubierta era muy buena, mejor que en las fotos, lo mismo que el sauna y gimnasio. Me gustó la amplitud horaria para usarlos e instalaciones. Y la libertad para usarlos. La cama era cómoda y la habitación amplia y limpia. Me gustó la disponibilidad de cafetera en la habitación y que repusieran lo que uno usaba.

No me gustó que en la página de Booking dijera que tenía Minibar pero no tenía. En algunas habitaciones estaba pero cerrada y clausurada y en otras directamente no estaba. Pregunté y me explicaron que hacía mucho que no estaban en uso. Es un detalle importante para un hotel 4 estrellas. En la recepción no había nadie que entendiera otro idioma que inglés. No es muy importante esto pero nuevamente para un hotel 4 estrellas es un detalle que no tenían.

Everything ! Valet, buffet , staff, & room was everything

The shower was stopped up wasn’t draining .

The room was exactly what I wanted the bathroom having a tub and shower was separated, great. The king grand view junior suite is a must reserve for our next stay.

There was nothing worth mentioning here.

Some of the staff were attentive. Some rude and unprofessional. The facility's best days were many years ago, could use some renovation. The onsite food options are subpar.

Recepcionista da madrugada extremamente rude. Fui perguntar a respeito de uma cobrança no meu cartão de crédito e recebi uma resposta agressiva e não gentil.

Friendly staff and clean

We asked for two beds, and only got one so they moved us to a room with a couch bed. The couch bed had no mattress, so my wife stayed with our daughter that was in a different room.

The room was very nice - big and clean, but the beds were a little soft. The view was fantastic and the location excellent, just a few short minutes from Canal St.

The tub drain was clogged when we arrived, but the maintenance crew responded promptly and resolved the issue.

We had a comfortable 3 nights stay, room was spacious and clean, well equipped. Friendly staff. Amazing location!

The front desk staff were all very efficient, welcoming and helpful. My daughter and I both really enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the restaurant that was on the first floor. The location was extremely easy to access by Uber/Lyft and also in very close proximity to shopping (the shops at the Riverwalk). The room was quite large and had a wonderful view. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very quiet even though many rooms seemed to be booked. Housekeeping was also very good and helpful. I very much appreciated that Loews had glass drinking glasses provided for water and the wine that I had brought. The complimentary bottled water for guests is also a very nice touch.

I would have liked for the downstairs restaurant to be open for dinner in the evening on weekdays. I would have been very happy to not have to leave the property for dinner at night.
