The apartment consists of a living-dining room with a double wallbed and a balcony to the street. It also has an open-plan kitchen that has all the necessary equipment to enjoy your stay to the fullest. It has a bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom completes the property. Capacity for four people.
Leaving the flat you will run straight into de hustle and bustle of Madrid. Going in, you are guaranteed to enjoy peace and quiet.
The building has elevator. Likewise, the common areas of the building have security cameras to ensure the protection of both guests and the property.

• This property is offered exclusively under a seasonal rental agreement in accordance with Article 3 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos) and is intended solely to meet temporary accommodation needs. Reservations must be based on a duly justified temporary purpose, such as work, professional, academic, educational, medical, healthcare, family-related reasons, or any other temporary need other than the tenant's habitual residence. The availability of the property is also subject to the owner's own use during certain periods. Completing the reservation requires signing the corresponding seasonal rental agreement, completing a declaration regarding the reason for the stay, and providing the legally applicable security deposit.

Our booking said the address to be Calle de Caballero 13 but it turned out to be 16 instead. This caused confusion for us to locate it once in Madrid. Otherwise it was a good location to restaurants and sights within walking distance.
