Two bedroom ground floor unit located in a quiet street in Shoal Bay. With only a stone throw away to the pristine waters of Shoal Bay Beach, shops, cafes and restaurants this unit is great for the family getaway.
The Space:
Quaint two bedroom ground floor unit (located left side of complex) perfect for a family of four. Open plan kitchen fully self contained, dining and living with TV and DVD player over looking the beautiful garden area, bathroom (no bath), shared laundry and shared gas BBQ. This unit is in an ideal position for the family who love the beach for swimming, fishing, even bush walks as only a 10 minute walk to the base of Tomaree Mountain or even sit in the front garden area and watch the kids in the grassed area.
This property has free Wi-Fi.
There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
Linen packs are provided at this property. Beds will be made ready for your arrival.

Front door locks not operating, got locked out first afternoon, other entry door locks not operable, not very clean, old and tired in general, not good value for money.
