This condo has been totally and completely REMODELED. Everything is NEW. Pointe Santo is open for business. The POOL and SPA are open as are the beach access paths. All Photos are post Ian. Fabulous Penthouse end unit with over sized private roof deck gives you the most panoramic views of both the Gulf as well as the island of Sanibel! Because this is an end unit all the rooms in the Condo are light and bright with floor to ceiling windows. The master suite has an entire wall of glass that overlooks the courtyard and the Ocean! A screened Lanai offers a great place to enjoy sunsets and early morning coffee or a late night snack.
Fully remodeled, professionally decorated and fully equipped all you'll need is your bathing suit. We supply beach towels and a well stocked closet with everything you'll need for the beach including beach chairs and beach umbrella as well beach toys for the little ones. Speaking of little ones, we also have available a pak n play and a high chair for your use. Condo features a spacious Master Suite, a second bedroom with a Queen bed and direct access to hall bath and a third cozy bedroom with bunk beds, full bed on the bottom and a twin bed up that is great for kids. The work station in the Living Area allows guests ample room to spread out and get work done if needed. Pointe Santo has recently upgraded the network for the complex and FREE high speed WiFi is included at no cost with our condo for those who must stay connected.

Santo literally as close to the Gulf as you can get on the island. In addition the amenities at Pt. Santo are top of the line and include: Heated pool, Hot tub, Clubhouse(with internet access, roof top deck and bathrooms), Children's activities, sign up on Mondays for weekly activities. My family of 4 loved this condo. It’s in a very quiet and clean condo complex right on the water! The owners have a ton of beach supplies and the wildlife there is incredible! Highly recommend

All good! Great view of beach and lagoon. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas. Also plenty poolside as well. Great gas grills under the bamboo huts. New Appliances and furnishings in top shape and comfortable. Plenty of thick beach towels and bath towels,etc, Would definitely stay here again!

Our accommodations were excellent. Condo was very clean and had all the appointments for a great stay. We had no idea there would be so much construction taking place every day. It was very noisy from 8AM till 5:30pm. Had we known about the intense noise we would have booked a more enjoyable resort.
