This coastal abode features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 6-passenger golf cart, bikes, and several outdoor spaces perfect for soaking up the 30A sunshine. Situated in South Prominence, the community offers 2 resort-style pools (with seasonal heating), an outdoor green space with a grilling area, and direct access to 'The Big Chill'—a lively community center with outdoor entertainment, dining, shopping, and more!

📍 BEACH ACCESS OPTIONS!
Prominence has a lot of option for beach access. Some of our favorites below:
⛱️ - Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: (2 min drive, 5 min golf cart), 15 min walk) Closest to Prominence and most convenient. This access point also features parking, restrooms, dining pavilions with charcoal grills.
⛱️ - Gulf Lakes Beach Access / Seabreeze Beach Access: (7 min by bike) Best for bike rides to the beach east on the pedestrian path on the South side of 30A. No parking here- shower and bike rack available here.
⛱️ - Walton Dunes Beach Access: (10 min. golf cart ride) West on 30A from Prominence. One of our favorites! The access point features roadside parking and bike racks. Great for dropping off passengers and your gear before parking in the nearby lot.
⛱️ - Inlet Beach Regional Access: (15 min by car) Plenty of amenities! Features: ample parking, on-duty Lifeguards, and restrooms. You cannot take the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Access due to the distance from the house and because carts are restricted in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and along Highway 98.
✏️ GOOD TO KNOW
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles directly in front of the garage door. The garage space is reserved for the golf cart.
- The Northside pool is seasonally heated Oct/Nov, Dec 21 - Dec 31 and March/April!
- Minimum age to rent the home is 23.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
- Need more beach gear? We recommend Vacayzen for everything from chairs and umbrellas to golf carts and bonfires.

The property management company Kalos was excellent! They communicated above and beyond our entire stay! We did have an issue with the dining room light fixture and they were there immediately to get it fixed. They checked in throughout the entire stay and continued to offer general information about the house and surrounding area - which was a huge plus! The house was very spacious and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook and grill. Having hand soap in the bathrooms and dish soap is always a plus too when we travel - less things to purchase. There were also started items like: laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper towels and toilet paper. The layout was great traveling with extended family. The community was great with the Hub/Big Chill just a short walk away. We had a great time in 30A!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Being within walking distance of The Big Chill was a huge plus. Also, the golf cart was a nice extra and made it easy to get everyone over to the pool.The host was available and responsive when we needed help.
