We loved the apartment and the convenience of being downtown! Walk everywhere. Parking is easy and inexpensive. Apartment feels brand new and the bed is very comfortable. Host was wonderful and helpful. With two kids at IU next year we will be spending lots of time here.

"Check-in" was slightly complicated in that the lock to the place wasn't cooperating at first, but got it after getting a hold of the property owner in the adjacent restaurant space and gave it a couple of tries.Cozy spot for a short trip; I had went for the animal behavior conference which was held within walking distance. Washer and dryer were available but had what I assumed to be the bed linings to be used upon setting up for the next guest within them. Wifi was available. Tank of water in the fridge was available. You do hear the commotion of night life so if you need absolute silence to rest, you may find it difficult here. One morning I had to push a homeless dude's bike out of the way because he parked it with one of the tires slightly in front of the door.Overall, I had a pleasant stay during my trip.

Great room in a great location to walk around and explore the area. Will definitely try to stay here again in the future

Very clean, well communicated. However, there is a small wall A/C unit that does not keep the property at a comfortable temperature when it is warm outside. I’m sure it is fine during cooler seasons, but when I arrived the thermostat read 83 and I kept the A/C running my entire stay and I could not sleep most nights because it was so hot. The unit meant to keep the property cool simply isn’t large enough. While this was a nice location, and it is well maintained, I doubt I consider staying here again.
