Our stay was more than a month and we enjoyed all of it with few exceptions. Tary communicated when needed. The property was thoroughly appointed-blender, beach towels-everything needed for our stay. And heated pool and hot tub were our refuge during weather cold snap.
Our stay was during low season and so the beach wasn’t crowded, and that was awesome. On the other hand there was lots of renovation going on at the time all over the neighborhood. And when the neighbor’s project interrupted our water supply we were told by Tary to solicit the workers for our water needs and to make decisions for worker access to our rental property. Also it’s important to know there was working cameras pointed at our rental back yard area (pool, hot tub, kitchen window). I didn’t research who owned the property with the cameras, but was told during discussions with contractors that it was also owned by Tary. Other than those two issues-temporary loss of water access and expectation we should resolve it, cameras above our rental back yard-the property and management were excellent. Beautiful stay!
