BEST VRBO WE HAVE OCCUPIED!!

We enjoyed our stay. A few more instructions would have been helpful. For instance, how many beach towels should there have been and where were they stored. Kitchen had most of the essentials - would have been nice to have a broom available to keep the floors clean. Also when we walked in, the table was set with dishes and bowls ( wasn’t sure if we should have put them back out when we departed.). It does not appear that trash and recycles need to be separated. And definitely don’t put trash out too early - the birds will rip the trash bags apart. Not a lot of dining options close by and the gate process was very slow the first couple of days ( the scanner wasn’t working so everyone had to be scanned at the guard shack. At times cars were lined up 20 or 30 cars deep along the road )Like I said - nice place to have a big group it just took a few days to learn the ropes.

The house we stayed in was excellent and perfect for a family vacation with younger children! It was clean and exactly as advertised. The house is a perfect base for your Orlando activities, offers plenty to do, is extremely comfortable, and the wildlife is amazing. The host was very friendly and had amazing communication. Cell phone reception is poor at this location so you will have to use WiFi to stay connected. The WiFi was hit or miss. The overall surrounding community area had more trash laying around than I would expect but this should not reflect on the owners as people were constantly out cleaning but more on the people who were staying in the houses. The clubhouse is a money grab and can be skipped. They do not allow any food or beverages from outside so you are forced to purchase items from them. Overall it was an excellent stay, a good value, and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful!! Plenty of space for big families, very safe and fun. It was extremely clean and the pool/patio is amazing! You won’t believe the rooms.
