The apartment is located on the first floor of a nineteenth-century building, due to its ancient origins it does not have an elevator. It has a lounge with library and 37 'LCD TV (equipped with a Chromecast device), HIFI and DVD player. The sofa can be transformed into a double bed. A separate dining room with a comfortable table for 6 people. A fully equipped kitchen with a table for two and with TV. A bathroom with tub / shower, a built-in wardrobe in the corridor and a double bedroom with air conditioning.
The apartment has wifi service. The whole apartment has been recently renovated and is tastefully furnished. It is welcoming and bright. It is well connected to public transport and there are shops nearby for your shopping. Trastevere offers restaurants, pubs, pizzerias, bars, breweries etc. for every taste and preference.

The apartment was just as advertised...well equipped and in a great location. The hosts were very responsive and communication was very good and timely. Highly recommend this property!

A lovely place centrally located to most all attractions and great food! Owners are very communicative and responsive to any needs, yet place has everything you need for your home away from home. Don't miss out on this nice place!

Great location. Easy to walk everywhere and also convenient to public transportation. Roomy and comfortable with everything you need furnished. Very accommodating host. We spent a month here and would definitely stay here again.Tampa Bay travelers

This is a great apartment, within walking distance of many of the great sites at the heart of Rome, yet in a quiet residential neighbourhood, thus providing a good night's sleep. The inviting Trastevere restaurant scene is about a 10 minute walk away, starting near the Ponte Sisto.
Highlights:
-First and foremost, the host, Alessandro, was terrific--very helpful and responsive. Speaks excellent English!
-The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-appointed.
-Modern bathroom, with plenty of hot water.
-Both the double bed and sofa bed were very comfortable.
-The WIFI was strong and capable for streaming.
-Loads of guidebooks and other reading material available.
-If you are self-catering, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and good quality pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. There is a full-service neighbourhood supermarket (part of the Tigre chain) a 10 minute walk away (a short block across the bridge). Besides the staples, they sell fresh meat/produce/bread/dairy products and they also have a good little deli-counter. We were able to find everything we needed for self-catering there.
We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!
