- Living room with fully equipped kitchen: stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer
- Dining table with 4/6 chairs
- Sofa, chair, pouf
- Laundry room: with washing machine, dryer, ironing board etc.
- First bedroom: with double bed or 2 single beds: large window with beautiful view
- bathroom with sink, toilet / bidet, shower
- Second bedroom: double bed or 2 single beds
Apartment completely renovated in May 2011: everything is new, even the furniture!
The central location does not exclude the peace and quiet of the house: but as soon as you leave the house in a few minutes you are already at the center of the world!

The suite was as advertised no worries there. We would have liked a larger smart tv so we could use YouTube and our streaming services.

The good: location!!!! Quiet!!! Great having a washer great and dryer. A/C was wonderful in the Rome heat!
The bad: lots of rules and signs talking about disrespectful visitors. It’s a little offputting.
You can only run the washer and dishwasher while you were at the house so everything has to be done at night if you are out and about all day.

Only one bathroom where it advertises 2.
Quite a hike to get to it after a long day of walking around the city it is all uphill.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
