The house is as described and in a pretty neighborhood. The distance to the beach was about 15-20 minutes. Great location.

We liked it so much last year, we came back for a second year. As always very clean, great location and a pleasure working with the owners. We hope to see you next year. Thank you so much James and Amy.

Property was great but ihe owner was overbearing. Called/txt/emailed me at least 3 times wanting to go over the property rules. THEY were also in a prominently placed 3 ring binder in the kitchen area, in addition they were also all over the hpuse, both inside and out!
