Welcome to 1120 Calle Vieques #1, our spacious and family- friendly property in the heart of Condado. This is the perfect place for those who love being close to all of the action that Condado has to offer. It is just a five minute walk from the popular Ashford Avenue and from the beach access near La Concha resort. It is also very close to La Laguna del Condado where you can enjoy water activities such as kayaking and paddle boarding.

This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, family room with TV and dining table, and a private balcony. Other amenities: Wi Fi, Roku TV, washer and dryer in common area. *PRIVATE PARKING AVAILABLE

Guests can access the house using a lock box that will be available upon arriving to the house.

However, if you plan to venture out and explore other parts of the island, renting a car is your best bet. This will give you the freedom to go wherever you want, whenever you want, without relying on a ride-sharing service. There are several car rental companies available at the airport, and we'd be happy to provide recommendations upon request.

- Please note that a $100 incidental security deposit is placed on the date of arrival. This deposit is held in case the unit is not returned in the same condition as received, cover potential damages, missing items, or violations of house rules. If these conditions are met, the $100 hold will be released, it may vary depending on your financial institution. Processing typically takes 7 to 14 business days for credit cards and up to 30 days for debit cards.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a building, on a side street, close to busy, fun streets with shops & restaurants. Check-in using a lockbox was easy. The unit was very clean. We were provided coffee, cream and sugar at check-in. Nice! The apartment consists of three large rooms. There is a living/kitchen combo area and then two bedrooms each with a full bath. It was easy for us to stay with our adult son and his girlfriend -- everyone had privacy. Each bedroom had a huge closet. It was easy to stay organized. The unit is in a safe-feeling neighborhood, just one block from the Lagoon where you can rent a kayak or paddleboard. There is a park there with a walking/jogging path goes all the way around the lagoon. If you turn right when you leave the house you will quickly reach a lively business area with shops and restaurants. If you want to go into old San Juan -- the Uber drivers respond promptly and your trip will cost less than 10. The apartment includes access to a large parking area behind a gate that opens by means of clicker they provide. Easy to use, secure parking for your rental car. The unit is solid, clean, and everything works. Kitchen supplies are bare bones, the small patio faces the street, there are no windows opening to gorgeous vistas. But if you want a safe, modern, comfortable base for exploring Old San Juan, the Yunque National Forest, and other sites -- it's a great choice!

Very clean and a great location. Beds really comfy. Felt extremely safe and secure. Location was perfect for our exploration of old San Juan and surrounding areas. Highly recommend !
