Welcome to your seaside retreat in the amenity-rich Sea Colony Resort Community, nestled in the heart of Bethany Beach. This inviting 3-bedroom condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm, making it an ideal haven for your beach vacation getaway. As part of the Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort, you will have access to world-class amenities and a private beach, ensuring a memorable retreat for your whole party.
FLOOR-BY-FLOOR DESCRIPTION
Main Level: The main level features a well-stocked kitchen with everything needed for home-cooked meals, including a kitchen island with seating for two and a dining table for six. Adjacent to the kitchen is a convenient laundry area with a stackable washer and dryer. The living area opens to an enclosed porch, providing a peaceful space to unwind on warm summer nights. This level also includes the first bedroom with a King bed and en-suite bath, and the second bedroom with two Twin beds.
Upper Level (Loft): The spacious loft serves as the third bedroom and is equipped with one Full-size bed and a sofa bed, along with its own TV, providing a perfect separate space for additional guests or children.

Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach. 12 pools (2 indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, summer community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.
Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. Please inquire about prices for passes. After your reservation is made, a letter will be sent to you with the required information for the passes.

LINEN PACKAGE
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
STARTER KIT
1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
DELAWARE SHORT-TERM RENTAL TAX
Delaware has imposed a short-term rental lodging tax at the rate of 4.5% of the rent upon every occupancy of a short-term rental within the State. This new tax went into effect on January 1, 2025. The tax applies to all short-term rentals in Delaware, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO.

Family had a great time staying here and made for a fun and active beach vacation. Lots to do in sea colony and surrounding areas. Would definitely come back.
