Bright and elegant apartment, recently renovated (January 2016), featuring: living room, kitchen, terrace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (sleeps 7); located just a few minutes from St. Peter’s Square, the Vatican, and the Sistine Chapel. Just 15 minutes from the city center and Piazza Navona, and close to the magnificent Villa Doria Panphili park.
The apartment, on the second floor of a building with a concierge and elevator, consists of:
- two large double bedrooms (one with separable beds), air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort;
- A large, comfortable living room (with a double sofa bed, 160x200) and a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, kitchenware, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, and microwave, etc.)
- Two bathrooms with showers
- A flower-filled terrace for breakfast or an evening aperitif
- Wi-Fi and air conditioning
- Satellite TV
The spacious bedrooms, furnished with modern furniture, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find major stores, including a supermarket open 7 days a week, a pharmacy, and McDonald’s, as well as restaurants, bars, and shops of all kinds.
The apartment is bright and cozy; it’s also ideal for two couples who want to share a vacation while maintaining their independence, or for a family with children or a group of friends. The spacious living room opens onto a charming terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove. From there, you can access the first double bedroom, equipped with every comfort and a private bathroom, and the second, larger bedroom with a double bed that can be split into two single beds; if necessary, a third bed can be added for children aged 0–3 years.

We loved our stay at this location. Beatrice was wonderful and very helpful during our stay in Rome. She greeted us on our first day and showed us all that the home had to offer. The location is just a quick drive to all the beautiful landmarks within Rome. The rooms were quite large, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were well lit and very roomy. The kitchen was stocked with all necessities, and the bonus was good air conditioning and a washing machine! Just outside of the building was a market, a pizzeria, and coffee bistros. Also, just outside is a taxi station which is very convenient when you are ready to visit Rome. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome with our family of four. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was good—about a 30-minute walk to St. Peter's Basilica, making it easy to explore the area on foot or public transport.Beatrice was an outstanding host. Communication was excellent, she made us feel very welcome, and thoughtful touches throughout the apartment were very much appreciated.The only issue during our stay was that the air conditioning in the kids' bedroom stopped working. Beatrice responded immediately and arranged for a repair technician to come right away. Unfortunately, the problem couldn't be fixed before we checked out, but she provided a fan, and with the other two air conditioners in the apartment, the kids remained comfortable. She also went above and beyond by leaving us extra coffee pods and a cake to apologize for the inconvenience, which was a very kind gesture.One suggestion for future guests: if possible, don't rent a car for this location. Parking is much more difficult than it appears, and you'll likely find getting around on foot or by public transportation much easier.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment. Beatrice's responsiveness, generosity, and hospitality made all the difference.

I visited Rome with my 2 teenagers and had the best time. The stay at Beatrice's rental was amazing. The rental was just as advertised, convenient to Vatican City with all the amenities you could ask for. Beatrice was also always available and provided lots of dinner and site seeing recommendations. We couldn't ask for a better hostess! I couldn't recommend this rental more.

Great place to stay for a family of four adults touring the sites of Rome! Beatrice is lovely and quite helpful with all of our needs! Understand the metro and bus lines before your stay to save you costly time and money to get to all the sites!
