Awesome place. Just outside of the strip, yet walking distance to everything. Surrounded by the park and the ocean.

Stayed there for 6 days. Nice small apartment with good kitchen on the 11th floor. Nice view of the ocean and the surroundings. When we were visiting, there was construction left and right of the hotel, quite noisy, but since we were gone most of the day it didn't bother us.
When we got there at 3pm there was no key in the lockbox, so we had to contact the agency (there was another guest who also had to call), that could have been a little better. Also, make sure you have a parking space in the garage (make sure there is no double booking! - happened to us and we didn't have a parking space after all, which was a bit annoying since we learned about it only 2 days prior to arrival).
Other than that a nice play to stay in Honolulu if you like the big city, not as many people there as in Waikiki.

It was nice view & perfect size for 2 persons. Cozy but little old. But we loved this place! Quite place!
