Legally permitted vacation rental - 2947 Kalakaua Ave, Penthouse 5
Stunning style with incredible Ocean & Diamond Head views.
The care and attention to detail our owners put in, bringing their pride and joy on Hawaii's Gold Coast to fruition shows in every corner of this delightful Studio Penthouse.
The private wrap around lanai overlooking both Kapiolani park and The Pacific Ocean is just one of the many features that will have you returning year after year to relax.
Whether you plan a long weekend getaway or a week to recoup after a stressful year, Penthouse 5 offers a 'walk in ready' environment that will soothe your cares away in no time.
The taste & thought for welcomed designer touches, from the beautiful bathroom with sleek glass hand basin and rainshower to the HD smart TV hanging at the perfect viewing angle, every detail was carefully planned and executed. Practical touches too with ample space to hang and store clothes cleverly built in to be close at hand but unobtrusive.
We can't wait to have you as our guests and read your reviews of this stunning and unique property.
Though we are within easy walk of beaches and the busier Waikiki area, should you require parking please request at time of booking and we will let you know the current hotel parking rates.

The views, the location, the comfort...everything was spot on. For my first time in Hawaii, this was the way to do it.

We loved our cozy penthouse suite. It isn't a large room. The bed was comfy, the views are stunning. We loved the balcony with the view. It was so quiet. We walked to the beach at the end of every day. We absolutely loved the location and would stay there again!!!

Wow, what can I say from getting there a little early, being accommodated right from the start By Michael at the Desk. Amazing communication with Mark all the way through. To the awesomely proportioned and renovated penthouse corner suite. I can honestly say out of all the places I’ve stayed in my life and I’ve stayed at some awesome ones, these views are top-notch everywhere in the room and the balcony. The size of the condo was perfect and the ocean swimming hole with a sandy walkout down the stairs just out the back with their little slice of beautiful ocean front property just absolutely was the cherry on top. To say I won’t be back and purposely try to come and seek this Property out would be a total lie. I totally will. Thank you Mark and team for an amazing stay. WOW
