This historic townhome is situated within walking distance to Steeple Square and the Millwork district. Within 2 blocks there are 5 restaurants, a library and park. Full kitchen plus dining room. Off street parking. Farmers Market is right outside your front door during season! Back fenced in courtyard is perfect for grilling out and a cold beverage! Loras , Clarke and University of Dubuque within 3 miles of the home. There are stairs leading to all of the bedrooms so keep that in mind!

Such a charming property in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. We were there for a Saturday farmer’s market which was less than a half block away. We especially enjoyed soaking in the hot tub in the evenings. The beds & pillows were very comfortable, and it was so convenient having a bathroom with a shower for each bedroom.

We loved it here , very well stocked with items , very close to farmers market , close to bars and restaurants , clean ! Nice private back patio area , loved sitting out front as well . Nice baths and bedrooms , we will definitely stay here again

The house was very cute and had plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms. Great location and easy parking! My only issue is I’m highly allergic to animal hair and the place was covered in it. Even our comforter was covered in it. I had a hard time breathing due to this and all my clothes(especially socks) we full of hair by the end of the stay. Unfortunately wouldn’t stay again due to this issue but if you don’t mind animal hair it’s a great place to stay!
