If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Gorgeous beach front condo! Loved having direct access to the beach. Beautiful views from all balconies. We even saw dolphins! We’ll definitely return for another stay.

Host was very responsive. Unit was very clean and great location. Only negative was the amount of stairs in unit.

The beach view was awesome. The property opens up directly on the beach. Coffee every morning on the balcony which has 3. We had 7 people staying at the property and was perfect. The kitchen had every thing you needed to prepare meals and with 3 full bathrooms and a half bath was great also. . The only downfall about the property was the parking. It states mid size vehicles, however as we all know people don't listen. The parking spaces were taken up by oversized SUVs and pickups. So just beware. It is not the owners/property managers fault they tell the people renting the property. Over all would definitely recommend this property.

Beach view is great. Condo does come with rental chairs/umbrella. When sitting on deck you are very close to neighbors - no privacy on deck. Living room furniture is stained/dirty. Bathrooms are all nicely newly remodeled. Pillows in upstairs master bedroom smelled musty. The absolute worst was that management puts trash cans out twice a week the day before trash pick up which blocks ALL parking spaces. You have to get out of your car and move trash cans out of the way prior to coming or going.
