Mauna Lani Beach Club Pass: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water., There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area.
Amenities:
Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: open parking in complex for one car. No garage access with rental of this unit. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: One community swimming pool
Hot Tub: One community hot tub
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai

Fairways at Mauna Lani 606 is located in Building 6 at the Fairway at Mauna Lani in the Mauna Lani Beach Resort. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Fairways at Mauna Lani are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Mauna Lani Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Mauna Lani Beach Resort is a master planned world class resort with Golf Courses, shopping and dining. The Shops at Mauna Lani have restaurants, shops and a grocery store.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

My feedback to ResorticaHawaii the organization that manages renting this unit was, the TV did not work for us and the unit has limited privacy due to the lack of shades and folks walking by the lanai. I would not recommend this unit although the Fairways complex is fine and well located.
