The house is located in the cul-de-sac of the very conveniently located and charming neighborhood. Great common space and fenced private yard will provide unlimited choices for relaxation and entertaining. Step outside to find your own way to relax and unwind: hammock, fire pit, swing chairs, and much more. Inside, you will find two expansive living rooms for your relaxation and enjoyment. You will have access to all house amenities, including premium channels, central AC and heat, full equipped kitchen, linens, toys, beach gear and more. You will find so many ways to unwind and relax. Walking distance to the private lake.

Lovely place, very clean, clear instructions about the house and the environment, quiet neighborhood but close to lots of dining and shops. We accidentally locked the keys in the house one night, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with a quick solution to the problem. Would definitely recommend!

A highly recommended property if you have a dog that LOVES a fenced in back yard. Very quiet neighborhood (early Apr ‘26) at the end of a cul-de-sac. Amenities met our expectations but we missed our drip coffee maker from home (Keurig is no substitute). Plenty of thermostats so a very well conditioned house (re: heat). Great back porch and location (just off 28).

Really enjoyed our stay here. House is well stocked and had everything we needed. Location is quiet but close stores and attractions. Wonderful fenced in backyard great if you have a dog. Owners are very easy to get in touch with and checked in with us to make sure all was well. We are hoping to rent again in the future. Five star all around.
