My mother named our home in 1993 when we purchased it from the orginal owner. And downstairs name is "The Wolff Den"!
We truly have a special home at
"THE EDGE OF AMERICA"!
LOCATION/LOCATION/LOCATION!!
WE ARE 100 YARDS FROM THE BEACH, FISHING PIER, TIDES HOTEL, AND OUR COMMERCIAL DISTRICT!
YOU CANNOT ASK FOR A BETTER PLACE AND THE OWNER'S Hospitality!
My father & I renovated the entire downstairs to make
"The Wolff Den" something special.
There are two rooms plus a covered patio and a concrete area for you personal use. You now can grill out and have fresh seafood, steak, etc.. on our brand new gas grill right outside your door. We added a small "Oster" oven one big enough to baked potatoes, pizza, bread, veggies. Also on the grill there is a side burner for eggs and bacon to start your morning off.
When you walk into the unit you will find our kitchenette, with your appliances, full refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and our new Oster oven....sink for washing dishes and a large shower.
Then you will walk into the bedroom area with a queen size bed, a futon for a 3rd person, a new desk in case you need to touch base with work , a new flat screen 40" TV install on the wall which can be moved for your viewing with 200 channels n free wi/fi provided by Comcast. And you have your half bath area.
There are 2 separate doors you can used to enjoy your covered patio to relax, catch up with one another or just sit and watch the 'Folly's" walk by...what a site that is!! lol...
Brand new furniture including a love seat, 2 nice chairs, and a glass table.
Also we have a table to use to eat, drink, and be merry.
You will enjoy your stay with us!

We also provide private off street parking which is a huge advantage that you will definitely appreciate!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Carl’s place for a week and it was perfect! The location is super convenient to everything, 1 block to the main road with restaurants/shops and 1 block to the beach. The apartment was stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries for the week. There were also plenty of kitchen items for the two of us. Our favorite part of Carl’s place was the patio out front, perfect for relaxing in the shade and watching people walk by. We would 100% stay again!

Carl and his Dad Carl Sr we're very nice and greeted us and made our stay comfortable. The unit is small, a little musty upon arrival but once we got AC going it helped and some room sprays. They put a alot of love into there VRBO unit itself. It's a basic property, if u want luxurious place get a hotel. One con the entrance and common area has so much more potential for guests since unit is small. It's a bit of a cleanup refreshing the grounds. But overall for the price, location to everything and a parking spot it's a deal.

Excellent communication with host. He greeted us when we arrived after long trip and said goodbye when we were leaving. Place is very close to the beach and was exactly what we needed for the weekend gateway.

The rooms were very clean and well equipped for our needs. We love the location. Parking is included which can be a problem on the island. The beach is very close. We will be back. This was our second time stay with the host. Thanks so much Carl.!!
