Perfect location, quaint little unit, perfect for just needing a comfortable home base. Bed was very comfortable and nice towels, good shower! Only down side was expecting a pull out couch in living room but was just an air mattress. not a huge deal as our kiddo just ended up crawling into bed with us. overall would recommend
