10 / 10

The condo was perfect for our short stay in Gatlinburg. Walking distance to everything on the main strip.

6 / 10

We were told we could check in early and then I was unable to get ahold of anyone in order to get the code for our door. The sofa bed was awful and not even my young children could use it. Thankfully they are still small enough that two could fit on one bunk. There were not any pots big enough to make something for the whole family. The king size bed was also not comfortable and sank down when we laid on it, plus was very squeaky every time we moved. Only enough hot water for one person. Location was good but next time we will be staying somewhere else.

10 / 10

The condo was clean and spacious. Good proximity to all places we wanted to visit. Family had a wonderful time!

8 / 10

Condo was great except for living room furniture. Needs to be replaced
