We like the fact that the rooms offer a living room and dining table for the students to share some time for building friendships. We also like the small kitchen area so that students can purchase food and drinks to eat on during our stay and save a little money over eating at a restaurant three times per day. We hope to be able to stay again next year.

The size and location of the condo was wonderful and perfect for our family of 4. Great location to walk anywhere in downtown Gatlinburg. Would definitely stay there again.
