Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Liked the fact we were just out of the hustle of the busy street. Couple of nights we saw bears (we were at safe distance ) some were not (not smart). Housekeeping needed to leave a few extra rolls of TP & garbage bags. The pull out sofa wish the mattress was thicker (closed it back up and slept on couch). Know its not something that is checked often to see if it needs to be replaced. Had a great time and would use stay there again. Thank you for everything. Had one negative was when the people below us had to smoke, had to go inside cuz it gives me a migraine. Know it was outside but still people should think the smoke goes up.

Stayed with Park Place many times and always a great experience!

The worst thing about the property was the parking garage. Both nights it was full and very inconvenient loading and unloading the car. Very hard to navigate with a large suv. The condo was clean but dated. There weren’t many utensils or kitchen items. Having laundry room was nice. Elevators took a long time. Beds were very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay here again. It was convenient to Elkmont campground which was the main thing for us.
