Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was spacious, very clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Having a balcony overlooking the river was beautiful and peaceful. It seemed like we were secluded even though we were within walking distance of town.

Stayed for a week in Gatlinburg. Property was conveniently located at end of the parkeay near entrance to national park, so we were able to walk everywhere in town and get to park while avoiding traffic. Property was slightly dated, but clean and had great view of river. Elevator was broken when we arrived, but manager let us know and offered to move us to lower floor. It was repaired by 2nd day of our stay. Coffee filters, dishwasher soap (for 2 runs), and small hotel style bars of soap were provided, but we had to make a run to the nearby Walgreens for coffee, creamer, shampoo and laundry soap. Water in unit had a slight "taste", so we bought bottled water as well. Size of the unit was great for our family anf the location was great. Would highly recommended and we will stay again.
