Enjoy top floor view and privacy without having to navigate stairs – this complex has elevator service. Keyless entry means no more worries of losing keys going out to the beach. Clean, very comfortable, gorgeous view of the ocean from living room and master… very comfy bed, close to everything…we had a wonderful stay!

Room was clean but the 2nd bedroom stayed hot- a lot of road noise and homeless people off their meds were screaming through the night. The view was nice. Could never get the one Tv working . Washer and dryer were very useful nice kitchen. The master bedroom seem to be very nice. Just wasn’t aware that there was not an elevator or we couldn’t find one so that was always a workout. Parking was good. It was a nice place in a good area. Never did use the pool. Bathroom were great My only concern was the back bedroom being not cold and the street noise Thanks you

We love staying at Kona Bali Kai but have never stayed in this unit before. We found it very comfortable and would definitely like to stay here again and again!

The view was phenomenal! The pics are accurate but the they don’t show that it was pretty dirty and dated. From the elevator in the the middle of the property the condo is about a football field away so be prepared to walk. The elevator was broken one day and closed for repairs, we had a mobility challenged person who had to navigate stairs. Overall the interior of unit was one level below a holiday Inn. Needs professional paint & clean including walls and baseboards and door handles and light switches and fixtures, and a place to put luggage ( like a luggage rack). Again the view was amazing!
