The Space:

Within walking distance to Kona town and Honls beach, this charmer offers guests a home style feeling with a spacious comfortable interior and gorgeous oceanfront exterior setting perfect for lounging, dining or simply taking in the ocean activities.



We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use. Beach towels are available for guests.



Recent upgrades include new wood flooring, flagstone tiled lanai, granite kitchen counters, paint and furnishings. Master suite has a private bath, guest room is situated on the opposite side of the house and the half bedroom offers a daybed with trundle bed and is situated at the entry of the house.



This home also includes a washer and dryer, flat screen TV, Stereo/CD/DVD, fully stocked kitchen, charcoal grill and all the amenities to make your next visit to Kona all the more special.



Things To Note:

- No Air Conditioning: This property does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans and ocean breezes help cool the home naturally.

- Tropical Environment: As with all homes in Hawaii, occasional encounters with insects such as ants or cockroaches are possible, especially in tropical climates. Preventive measures are in place to manage this.

- Not Wheelchair Accessible: This property is not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.



• For stays extending 30 nights or more, a security deposit and utility fee will be required. The security deposit ensures the protection of the property during your stay, while the utility fee covers essential services such as electricity and any damages that are caused by guests.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.
